Guarantee Coverage

- Includes workmanship issues such as missed spots, incomplete cleaning, or overlooked interior/exterior areas.
- Excludes results that vary by nature (pet hair removal, deep stains, heavy oxidation, or odor treatments).
How It Works
- If you’re unhappy with your service, notify us within 7 days of your appointment.
- We’ll schedule a free re-detail of the affected area(s)—one visit at no extra cost.
- Refunds are not offered (consistent with our Terms of Service).
What’s Not Covered
- Pre-existing vehicle damage, normal wear, or defects beyond cosmetic detailing.
- Issues arising from new dirt, spills, weather, or mechanical/tint problems after service.
- Results of specialized treatments (paint correction, ceramic coating, deep stain/odor removal) where outcomes naturally vary.
Liability Disclaimer
While we strive for perfection, some results may vary. As stated in our Terms of Service, our liability for any claim—including negligence—is capped at the amount you paid for the affected service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues outside detailing.
