Services & Pricing
• All bookings are made online via WooCommerce and processed securely through Square.
• The price shown at checkout secures the appointment.
• Standard add-ons (e.g., engine-bay cleaning, headlight restoration) are selected and paid for during checkout.
Premium add-ons—Ceramic Coating (est. $599) and Paint Correction/Scratch Removal (est. $499)—apply only to our Full Detail and Premium Exterior Detail packages. These upgrades are noted when you book but are not charged up front; after the detail we’ll inspect your vehicle, provide a firm quote, and invoice separately only if you approve.
Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with:
1. Square (payment processing)
2. Google LLC (Analytics & Ads tag)
3. Government agencies if legally required (e.g., court order).
Data Security & Retention
• TLS 1.2+ encryption on all pages.
• Payment details stay on Square’s PCI-DSS-compliant servers.
• Booking records are kept for 5 years (tax & warranty purposes), then securely deleted.
Your Rights (U.S. & Arizona)
You may request to:
• Access or correct personal data
• Delete your data (unless we must keep it for legal reasons)
• Opt out of non-essential cookies (just email us)
Disclaimer & Limits of Liability
While we strive for perfection, pet-hair removal, deep-stain extraction, and paint correction results vary. Our liability for any claim—including negligence—is capped at the amount you paid for the affected service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Arizona and U.S. federal law. Any disputes will be resolved in Maricopa County courts.
Updates to This Policy
Material changes will be posted here at least 14 days before they take effect. We’ll update the “Effective Date” above.
